The rocky shores of Kolovesi National Park only echo the sounds of the wilderness, as motor boating is prohibited in the breeding area of ​​the Saimaa norte. Joutenvesi is almost entirely a nature reserve, and there are no camping spots. Temporary camping is allowed except in restricted areas.
