Trail maps
As part of our ambition to offer increasingly accurate and detailed maps for active outdoor life, we have developed a series of maps we call trail maps. Popular natural areas often have dense networks of trails that are frequently missing or inaccurately represented in existing databases—trails that are actively used by hikers, runners, and mountain bikers. Our trail maps, at scales ranging from 1:15,000 to 1:25,000, are a hybrid between orienteering maps and standard hiking maps, where we have put a great deal of effort into identifying and mapping every single trail in an area.
