Alpine maps
These maps are made for those heading into the mountains – whether for ski touring, glacier hikes, or following routes at higher elevations. Our Alpine maps offer a level of detail never before available for any area in the Swedish mountains. The scale ranges from 1:15,000 to 1:25,000. The terrain information is based on data from airborne laser scanning. For the first time, cliffs, large boulders, forests, and waterways are represented with a level of accuracy that truly reflects the landscape. The current extent of the glaciers has been mapped in collaboration with the Department of Physical Geography at Stockholm University.
