The guidebook Vandra i Stockholm has been something of Stockholmers' walking bible since it was published in 2018. Now the authors of this book have managed to collect another 52 walks for a Walk in Stockholm part 2. Each book has unique walks - none of the content is the same in both books. Together, the two books describe no less than 114 hikes!

Hike in Stockholm part 2 contains hikes spread over the entire Stockholm county - from Sigtuna and Norrtälje in the north to Södertälje and Mörkö in the far south. There are both short child-friendly tours and substantial all-day hikes. The vast majority can be reached by public transport from central Stockholm.

For this book, there is the option to see the tour on your mobile phone. In the book's introduction, there is a QR code that you can easily scan with the mobile camera. You will then get a list of the book's tours. If you click on a trip, the map opens immediately. You can see your position using your phone's GPS.

The authors Lovisa Bergström and Adam Rindeskär have worked intensively on the book for two years. Lovisa works everyday as head of analysis at Dagens Nyheter. Adam works as an engineer with a focus on electrification in the automotive industry. They have also written the book Vandra i Kolmården (Calazo 2024)
