This is the most comprehensive book on skating and ice assessment ever published in Sweden. The author Mårten Ajne has over 30 years of experience with Swedish and foreign natural ice and spends 40–50 days a year on skates, not infrequently as a leader or ice reporter for SSSK (Stockholms Skridskoseglarklubb).
