This book is written in Danish.

This book is aimed at you who have just discovered how much fun it is to ride a mountain bike. You may have realized that your local forest is full of exciting tracks, and are on the threshold of cycling in the forest all year round. Maybe you are already looking around for a new bike? You are not alone in being completely sold on mountain biking – there are many of us!

The book here teaches you, among other things, what you should consider when you go out and get a bike, which settings are important to get in place, how to overcome a number of different obstacles, etc. It also contains a chapter on being your own bike mechanic, so you can ride prepared from home and deal with technical problems along the way.

The mountain bike handbook is written by Andres Danielsson, captain of the Swedish mountain bike national team and editor of the country's largest mountain bike magazine. He is currently working on training cycling guides within the Swedish Cycling Association, and also helps municipalities and tourist destinations develop ventures within mountain biking.

Most of the photos in the book were taken by David Elmfeldt, who works with young cycling talents every day, and runs a web community called fotosidan.se
