You are not alone in having been completely sold on mountain biking, there are many of us!

In the book, you will learn what you should consider when buying a new bike, which settings are important to make, how to get past various obstacles on the path, a selection of repairs that you can be good at mastering, among other things.

Cykla mountainbike is written by Andreas Danielsson, who was the national team captain in MTB and editor-in-chief of the country's largest cycling magazine. He also works with training cycling leaders in the field of outdoor recreation and helping municipalities and destinations with cycling initiatives. The main photographer in the book is David Elmfeldt, who is involved in youth cycling on a daily basis and runs the web community Fotosidan.
